BRAFA Art Fair

The Brussels Art Fair, created in 1956, is one of the oldest and most prestigious art and antiques fairs in the world. Organised every year by Foire des Antiquaires de Belgique asbl, it has maintained its reputation for the high quality of its exhibited works, whether they are antiques, modern and contemporary art, fine arts or design. 134 prominent galleries take part in this fair, representing 16 countries covering 20 specialities. The Brafa is generally held over the last ten days of January at Tour & Taxis, in the Northern Quarter of Brussels, an architectural icon of historical importance in the national industrial heritage, making it the first high-profile artistic event of the year. An international event with a European reach, the fair is considered a reliable barometer of the art market.

As the first international fair of the year, the next edition of the Brafa, which will be in its 64th year, will be held from 26 January to 3 February 2019 at Tour & Taxis (Brussels).
