Desktop Printers
Section titled “Desktop Printers”To be compatible with all printers, we use PDF export. This PDF can be printed with your standard printer and your PDF reader software.
Thermal Receipt Printers
Section titled “Thermal Receipt Printers”The strength of our software is the ability to print tasks on thermal receipt printers. This feature allows you to transform your digital tasks into physical, tangible items.
Star Micronics on macOS
Section titled “Star Micronics on macOS”Star Micronics printers are excellent for Windows but no longer work properly on recent versions of macOS. If you own a Star Micronics printer and use macOS, you will need to use the Receipt Printer (Mac Alternative) mode in the printing settings. See the Mac Alternative Configuration for setup instructions.
Important Notice About Compatibility
Section titled “Important Notice About Compatibility”We cannot support all printers on the market. If you purchase a printer outside of our compatibility list or a generic no-name brand printer, we absolutely cannot guarantee that it will be supported now or in the future.
To help you make an informed decision, we maintain a list of potentially compatible printers. Each printer shows its compatibility status for macOS and Windows with the following indicators:
- Works: The printer has been tested and works correctly on this operating system
- Limited: The printer works but with some limitations or requires special configuration
- Incompatible: The printer does not work properly on this operating system
- Unknown: The printer’s compatibility status is unknown for this operating system (potentially compatible)
Supported Printers List
Section titled “Supported Printers List”Below is the list of potentially compatible thermal receipt printers. Each printer shows its compatibility status for macOS and Windows based on tests performed by our team or our users. Printers marked as “Unknown” may work but have not been tested yet.
