Thermal Receipt Printers

The strength of our software is the ability to print tasks on thermal receipt printers. This feature allows you to transform your digital tasks into physical, tangible items.

Star Micronics on macOS

Star Micronics printers are excellent for Windows but no longer work properly on recent versions of macOS. If you own a Star Micronics printer and use macOS, switch to Receipt Printer (Mac Alternative) in Print Settings > Mode, then configure the printer from the Mac Alternative panel.

Important Notice About Compatibility

We cannot support all printers on the market. If you purchase a printer outside of our recommended models(Epson TM-T20III, and TM-T20IV), we cannot guarantee that it will be supported, either now or in the future.

To help you make an informed decision, we maintain a list of potentially compatible printers. Each printer shows its compatibility status for macOS and Windows with the following indicators:

• Works: The printer has been tested and works correctly on this operating system
• Limited: The printer works but with some limitations or requires special configuration
• Incompatible: The printer does not work properly on this operating system
• Unknown: The printer’s compatibility status is unknown for this operating system (potentially compatible)
