Print Configuration

Configure how your tasks are printed with various options to suit your workflow.

Task Printing

In the application, you can start printing your tasks by clicking the “Print” button in a specific column. You can also select multiple tasks and print them through the context menu.

In the print dialog, you can choose which printer to use.

You can also choose whether or not to print the breadcrumb. The breadcrumb is a small text that appears at the top of the printed ticket, showing the path of the task in the hierarchy. It can be useful for understanding the context of the task, especially when printing tasks from different folders or subfolders.

Printing Modes

You can choose which option you want to use for printing:

Individual tasks

Each selected task will be printed individually on a separate ticket. Folders are ignored.

Use case: When you only want to print specific tasks without their children.

Recursive individual tasks

Each selected task will be printed individually on a separate ticket. All tasks within the selected folders will be searched recursively and printed individually.

Use case: When you want to print all tasks including nested ones, each on their own ticket.

Folder or individual task (non-recursive)

Selected tasks will be printed individually on separate tickets. Only the tasks directly contained in the selected folders will be grouped and printed under their immediate parent folder.

Use case: When you want to print folders with only their direct children.

Folder or individual task (recursive)

Selected tasks will be printed individually on separate tickets. All tasks within the selected folders will be searched recursively and grouped under their deepest parent folder.

Use case: When you want to print complete folder hierarchies with all nested tasks.
