PDF Export Configuration

Export your tasks as PDF files that can be printed on any standard printer or shared digitally.

Configuration Options

Output Directory

• Click “Choose…” to select where PDF files will be saved

Open PDF After Export

• Toggle to automatically open the PDF in your default viewer after generation

Page Format

• Choose the paper size for your printer

Tasks Per Page

• Define how many tasks are printed on each page

Font Size

• Adjust the text size for breadcrumb, title, and checklist items
